| Review by Gary Kinsey: I was reminded via email that time for service was approaching and responded by making appointment via email which was confirmed and reminder received as date/time for appointment neared. I like this method for arranging my schedule. The appointment was for routine oil change and I requested that they make seasonal change of tires as well. Car was taken in on time and all requested service completed in a timely manner & on top of that a crease in my front right fender was pushed out no charge which they did as I had requested they check headlight alignment that may have been affected as a result of the collision which caused the crease. All of the above was taken into account in rating a 10 on the scale which by the way I almost never choose as in just about all cases thinkthat there is room for improvement. |

| Finding Frank , Gerry and the guys down at M&R Auto was such a blessing. A lot has changed since we moved away from Trenton many years ago. Our family mechanic that I remembered had long retired so the search was on. I met Frank one day while discussing one of the charitable organizations he looks after. From that moment I knew for sure that he appeared to be a very caring and honest person and decided that as long as the rates and pricing were reasonable we would be taking our business to M&R. We have had a handful of dealings with Frank and much of his staff and I can tell you we will be very loyal customers of Franks with no "end date" Whether we needed actual work done or when it was time just for some good advise we were looked after like family. 16 years from now my newly arrived little daughter will be driving and I hope she has M&R Auto to look after her and her vehicle needs. | I know when I drive away after service my vehicle will be save and reliable .This feeling of comfort is very important to me as I travel in the North summer and winter and do not wish to be stranded on the side of the road. |
